1. Delivery Method

Zaynvero supplies digital products only. No physical products are shipped.

After successful payment verification, eligible digital products such as software licence keys, activation codes, digital gift cards, prepaid codes, or other digital content are delivered electronically through the customer account, email, or another delivery method specified on the product page.


2. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed automatically and delivered within a few minutes after payment confirmation.

In certain situations, including fraud-prevention reviews, payment verification, supplier delays, system maintenance, or exceptionally high order volumes, processing may take longer.

Orders requiring manual review are generally completed within one (1) business day unless additional verification is required.


3. Digital Delivery Time

Typical delivery times are:

  • Instant Delivery: Usually within 1–15 minutes.
  • Standard Delivery: Up to 24 hours.
  • Manual Verification Orders: Up to 1 business day.

No shipping charges apply because all products are delivered digitally.

  • Check spam or junk folders if an email is not received.
  • Verify that the purchased product is compatible with the intended platform, software edition, region, or country before purchase.

Zaynvero is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information or incompatibility with the selected product.


6. Delivery Confirmation

Customers receive an order confirmation after payment. Where applicable, licence keys or redemption codes become available in the customer account and/or are sent by email.


7. Delayed Digital Deliveries

Digital delivery may occasionally be delayed because of:

  • Payment verification.
  • Fraud-prevention checks.
  • Supplier inventory synchronisation.
  • Technical maintenance.
  • Unexpected service interruptions.

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team and include your order number.
